It's hard to believe that we're starting the quarter-century season and we're still waiting for the former MAPS/current Cheetahs franchise to die off.
The same can be said about Louie Ma. It seems the 38-year-old will not stop until he reaches 3,000 hits. He needs 112 hits to reach the milestone and bunting has Ma under contract through next season.
The top free agents made out very well this offseason. Hopefully my math is right on all these... A.J. Hurst 5yrs/$71 mil; Leon Padgett 5yrs/$95 mil; Banana Nichols 5yrs/$95 mil; Nick Gil 5yrs/$80.5 mil; Ernest Richard 5yrs/$101.5 mil.
